GYROTONIC is a combination of many things Maureen is passionate about, movement, connection, breathe, flexibility, fluidity, increasing range of motion and strength training for all ages! Maureen’s personal philosophy: it is never too late to begin moving, at any age, movement is available and healing. Certified in GYROTONIC 2008, additional certification in Specialized equipment, Master of Sport - USA Gymnastics (Rhythmic Gymnastics), Dance Instructor and Movement Specialist, Licensed Massage Therapist 25 years.

Pamela Shore has taught Classical Pilates since 2000 and GYROTONIC® since 2001. She brought GYROTONIC® to Jupiter, Florida, opening the area’s first dedicated studio and helping hundreds of clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater ease.
As a Neuro Somatic Movement Practitioner, Pamela combines decades of movement expertise to help clients restore balance, enhance function, and reconnect with their body’s natural intelligence.
